Well, I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size and I asked if there was a way I could send it back to you and get the right size and that I would pay the difference and was told to just order the proper size at your site.

Just replacing a broken coil cause ya know it can. Customer service was helpful if assisting me with finding the replacement part I was looking for and that I was getting their best deal. Then the replacement coil came carefully and expertly packed. Thanks again for another excellent experience.

Little unusual it didn’t come with instructions? Looks super difficult to clean. Nice idea but definitely not for everyday use.

Was a good experience, shipping times are still bit long (3 weeks or so) but that’s expected in this climate today. My only complaint is that the piece arrived broken. I have since emailed Customer Service for replacement and awaiting response. UPDATE: They made exchanging my broken piece with a new one completely painless and extremely fast. Couldn’t be happier with how turned out.
