Products are nice they work. One order came with broken glass. My poor rating for this company is for the lack of allowing human contact with customers. Try to find a phone number for them you can’t they are hiding from use, why?…… they boat a great customer service department don’t believe it they don’t answer text, e-mail, or offer a human. Why?….. they have forgot which side of the counter they work on. I wound up replacing the glass myself they didn’t offer, or bring it up.

Beautifully crafted pipes! I love them both! Well packaged and protected with bubble wrap. Speedy and discreet delivery too. I especially love the koozies to keep them ice cold makes the hits much smoother. I leave them in my freezer all the time so i dont have to wait for an hour for a sesh. If i had a bit of constructive criticism it would be I couldn't get the clips on very easily. Maybe its just me, I'm kinda a beginner. I did get the smaller on but without the e-nail attached and the bigger clip had a hard time clamping it. Its definitely a great feature to have just I had issues. I even searched for videos on how to clamp it found a few but no luck for me. Overall great product made in the USA!

Customer service was super helpful in combining my two orders and allowing them to be delivered at the same time. Also your products are awesome! Works as designed and it is my new favorite bong! I appreciate what you guys are doing! The glycerin coils are a game changer and amazing, this is the best hitting and smoothest bong I own.

Shipping took longer than expected. No item was on back order, yet it took over a week to ship. it seems like they only ship one day of the week and if they don't ship it out, you'll have to wait another week. That's the only compliant I have, everything else is great. The piece work as advertised. It's now one of my favorite pieces.
