I bought a dab pipe set that included an electric e-nail. The electric e-nail stopped working maybe a month or so in so I emailed customer service about what can be done. Noone answered any emails for over a month. After emailing again a third time I finally got an answer. I was told there was a 30 day warranty for faulty items and they would not replace it but give me a discount off. There is literally no where on the website that says there's a 30 day warranty. It felt it was made up on the spot. It is really unbelievable to me that they couldn't just do the right thing and replace the faulty product. I've honestly never experienced a company being so petty about something. I am not someone who complains about companies ever but this was so rude. It's important others know what to expect if something goes wrong with a faulty product.

There was an order issue on a gift and I needed to return a new, unopened product for a refund and they wouldn't allow it. Couple months later I hear from customer service...I am already screwed out of my money and left with something I won't use having already paid my card off...absolutely terrible customer service. Can't imagine the issues you'd have on an OPENED product when they won't stand behind their NEW UNOPENED items. 0/10 for customer service.

When the pipe was frozen before use (which is the point), it caused me to develop a chronic coughing and congestion issue. When I use it without freezing it first, I do not experience these side-effects. It took me over a month to realize that freezing the pipe caused this issue.

Bought a bubbler. I did not receive a confirmation email. Tried to call to confirm my order but their phone hangs up on you. Now I wonder if they just stole my money

I like taking bigger hits so I don’t smoke so much and the chamber on this is perfect for not catching my throat on fire
