My Freeze Pipe came packaged very well. My first time using the Freeze Pipe was absolutely amazing! Took me back to my high school daze, when we would put snow in our bongs, and rip the poopoo (can't use "inappropriate language")out of them. I have already recommend Freeze Pipe to every one who will listen.

So I bought 2 water bubblers kits as birthday gifts one for me and my son I got them on the 05-27-2023 at 11 am I paid for express shipping used it and it was lovely nice water bubbler okay now it say h can leave it in over night to freeze it took it out on the 05-28-2023 to use took a few hits place the bubbler on my plastic bin for when I’m ready all of a sudden I hear crack the bubbler is finish 24 hours and it is finish I contacted support about this pipe seeing it’s only 24 hours old from time I’ve had it and support sent back an email after 2 days saying that it’s an unusually prob and to buy a new one here I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company 24 hours and I have a piece that I can not use keep your money people and these company do not help us now I have to get more money to buy a new piece 24 hours and it is done .

This piece was fire. Had it for a short time though. As I was retrieving it from the freezer I tapped the female end on the door and it broke. Prior to that I must say this piece was a winner..
