Good fast shipping, on time, perfect product

The concept is solid gold. The execution on the specific pipe I purchased is a bit flawed. Affecting my overall experience. An issue is the bowl insert not making a seal around the bowl. Making it difficult to pull. The mistake I made was not getting a bong or bubbler. The standard pipe doesn’t allow enough space to cool the smoke enough for me to not cough. I do believe this specific issue is due to how I smoke. In the future I will be upgrading to either a bong or bubbler. I’m disappointed this piece hasn’t seen more use. Again, the concept is Ace. Truly. Like the man said “sometimes the right idea is sitting right behind the wrong one.” Flaws aside, I’m still a fan and look forward to my next piece!

Great customer service

I ordered a product as a gift of December 18th and paid for expiration shipping, I have yet to receive my product and despite many emails to customer service I have yet to receive a call/email back to discuss this issue. I would not recommend ordering from the company as this has been a terrible experience. No customer service number to call is absurd, all you can do is email and pray that they respond....but don't hold your breathe. Save your money and buy similar froma different site, I wish I would have

Have an issue with ash catcher, bowl you gave me doesnt fit too long bottom out on catcher tube , anyway to fix this myb shorter stem to seat on it better no draw way it is

I ordered my pipe on December 11th and haven’t received it. It feels like a scam.

Wrong piece initially and it seems like every time I pay for fast shipping there's more delays than if I ship normally. But they responded and sent the correct piece eventually. Regardless the pieces themselves are top tier and you won't get better quality elsewhere

The item was shipped quickly and was well packed. I would definitely order again Freeze Pipe.
