It works as expected

Great company. Love their products. Can't wait till they get the bong xl back in stock . I've used the pipe, bubbler pro, and blunt tip. All different experiences that give you a great smoke.

I would give it 5 but their customer service really sucks the product is top notch and I love it and would recommend it to anyone

It arrived and not broken

I ordered on the 29th of December and still have not even received an email to say that it has shipped and it is the 12th of January. I emailed them and they responded 3 days later with: "We genuinely apologize for the delay in processing your order, which is a result of an unforeseen spike in holiday demand. Rest assured, our team is hustling to get all shipments out as swiftly as possible. To express our regret for any inconvenience caused, we're offering a 15% discount off of our entire website with the code "CS15OFF." We appreciate your understanding and I hope this helps! Best regards," I find it ironic that they want me to buy more products when I still have yet to receive what I already ordered. UPDATE: I was just notified that it delivered today 1/29/2024, but I did not receive a response from their customer service when I asked what was going on, and I never received an email telling me the order had even shipped out.

I love this. My only improvement would be a slightly larger input. You almost need to use a filter or use it backwards.

Not only is the bong XL an incredible product, this company has excellent customer service!! They're very friendly, quick to respond, and understanding! Besides that, the bong XL is a game changer. Smoothest, chilliest, most glorious bong rips I've ever taken. 10/10 recommend.
