Great piece! Smooth and easy to use...

Never received my order even after sending multiple emails to customer service asking when it will be delivered. Received same response, shipped with 2-3 business days which was a flat out lie. If they had just been honest, that it would've taken almost a month to receive my order I wouldn't be so pissed. Order placed on 12/11/23 as a Christmas gift that was never received.

The hits are as clean and smooth as can be and the high is just plain better!

Missed my free cones on my initial order but quickly made it right. Great company, great product.

Pipe plugs easily. Requires constant cleaning. Difficult.

My product is great, we love the smooth draw it brings. And it greatly reduces the harshness on my lungs. I wasn’t happy about how long it took to ship. I understand it being holiday time but the length to me wasn’t satisfactory. I do appreciate the customer service being on top of communication.

Worst customer service ever. Took 2 full weeks just to get my purchase in a box and no where on there website do they tell you how Long it will take to ship so they can take there sweet time fulfilling their customers orders. Absolutely horrible

Bought as a gift for my other half he loved it
