Hello as we spoke we have transferred this product to a warehouse located in your state to speed up delivery, that's the reason the tracking didn't show anything. By early next week the carrier will pick this order and get to you shortly.

This was my first time ordering from Fred and Co. After placing order I was informed the item was out of stock. Mildly frustrating because website didn't reflect that at the time of order BUT understandable since I was having trouble finding the item on other sites at the time. Fred and Co. was communicative, told me it was out of stock, when it would be available. They told me I could wait for it or order a similar item that was in stock now. I chose to wait for my item, it was going to be a couple months so at some point I sent an email to the company asking about it, and was pleased to receive a prompt reply that it was still on order and everything was fine and it was still expected at the date I was given. It ended up coming in several weeks prior to the original out of stock date and I love the item as much as I hoped I would!! Great experience overall, I would shop with them again and I would recommend others to use Fred and Co.!
