This email says my order has shipped;however theUPS tracker does not indicate such. PLEASE ADVISE!!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. They will contradict repeatedly, deceive whether or not items shipped or didn’t or if they were on back order or weren’t. You’ll never know, and the company will keep you guessing to the point you’ll actually question whether they are even a legitimate company. Gave up beyond frustrated after my delivery date changed a total of FIVE times and continued to be extended after being assured multiple times it was all shipped and arriving. Then they have actually refused to cancel and provide a full refund when THEY cannot deliver the items! Told me they have to calculate what I owe them! Or I can go pick it forty minutes away instead of waiting another WEEK for my new delivery date. Turns out it can’t be delivered because an item is apparently on back order after being emailed my entire order, not a portion of it, had shipped. I never wrote reviews. This was awful on all counts though. Do not put yourself through this awful and aggravating experience of dealing with FredCo. Don’t do it, I’m telling you.

I ordered an outdoor patio table, but the fire table was broken and company sent me the wrong color. I immediately requested a return, but for months I was given the runaround. Eventually, they completely stopped responding to my requests. I was left stuck with the incorrect table, and the issue was never resolved. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Do not order from them.

The item I ordered was advertised as in stock and would ship in 2-3 days. I ordered on 1/9 and it’s now 2/2 and I still haven’t received item. Not even sure this is a real website.

Order a month ago and still not even a tracking number, can't get in touch with the company. Chat is always off, nobody gets in touch. Really a scam site. going to report it Tracking number still only a label after several days.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG CHAIRS AND I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, EVEN THE OPTIONS THEY OFFERED IN THE WAY OF RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REPLACE, AND THEY HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH ON ANY OF THEM. THEY DON'T RESPOND FOR A BIT, THEN SAY THEY'RE GOING TO ALLOW ME TO EXCHANGE THE CHAIRS THEY SENT WITH SOME OFFERED ON THEIR WEBSITE. COME TO FIND OUT, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE (OR HAVE ACCESS TO) THE CHAIRS THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY'VE GONE MIA. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS. AT ONE POINT THE GUY SAID, "IF I CAN FIND SOMEONE TO BUY THE CHAIRS WE'LL GIVE YOU A PORTION OF YOUR MONEY BACK". THAT HASN'T HAPPENED EITHER. I CAN THINK OF NOTHING TO SAY OTHER THAN THEY ARE CRIMINALS WHO MANAGE TO GET AWAY WITH SCAMMING FOLKS.

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a couch and it was a week without order confirmation so I emailed and they called saying they needed me to verify my identity and to send my ID and a bill that had the address that the couch was going to be delivered to. I didn’t think anything of it until they stopped responding and then they canceled my order. Scam and stole my identity

I ordered a table on December 26, 2023 it said table in stock ship out in 2 to 3 days. I still have not received my table. Unfortunately it’s now saying delivery is January 26, 2024. The same table was at Amazon for less but Amazon said it would ship until early January. If I had ordered through Amazon I would have had it by now. Just hope when or if I receive it it will be worth the wait. My first time ordering from this company think it will be my last. Will do update regarding product again when or if I receive it. If it’s not her by the 26th I’ll go through PayPal to get my money back.
