I love The Foggy Dog and their customer service! I’ve reached out to them twice, once for an item that was out of stock and another time about a manufacturing defect with the Active Leash. Both times a human was super quick to answer my questions and help. With the leash, they immediately offered to send me a new one and made the whole thing super easy. I’ve ordered a bunch of things from them at this point and have always had a great experience!

I ordered two collars for my dog recently. Both were personalized and arrived within two weeks. These are the third and fourth collars we’ve ordered and never had an issue. The quality is really great for our very outside dog. We’ve even washed it and it’s held up great.
