Foggy Dog is great unless you have to return something. I spent about $200 on my first order, was super excited for the products (pet id tags, pet id keepers, charms), and was happy to support rescue shelters. Products arrived and I immediately noticed 2 pet id tags were defective/scratched with very obvious marks. Then I tried reaching out to Foggy Dog. Phone number does not work/out of service. Then I found an email. Cool, that makes things easy and I can send pictures. LOL. I spent the next 23 days going back and forth with Vanessa in customer service. Might as well have been talking to a wall. I finally gave up, they refused to take responsibility for the two defective items. It didn’t matter that I contacted them the same day of delivery, with photos, and I simply wanted the two exchanged out for the exact same product. What should have been an easy return because hey, things happen turned into a needless weeks-long drama of me trying to return two defective items. Instead, when they refused for 23 days, I returned everything that hadn’t been used and wasn’t personalized. I could sit here and copy pasta the email exchanges but I don’t want to spend any more energy on this awful company. If you’re here reading bad reviews, you’ve probably already had to try to deal with trying to return something with them. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. I only hope my review saves anyone else the bother and wasted money.

The fabric faded and the metal tarnished and turned my dogs blonde fur green. It also irritated her skin under the clasp so bad that it gave her a little sore.

DO NOT BUY A FOGGY DOG HARNESS/LEASH IF YOUR DOG IS A RUNNER. My dog, a 10 lbs chihuahua, was able to pull hard enough that she got loose from the leash in a busy parking lot. We are so blessed no one was driving through the lot at the time. No tiny dog or any size dog should be able to come unclapsed like that.

Company never sent confirmation for the order so I canceled. To my surprise the item arrived today and they are taking no responsibility. Per response from the company they suposibly donate to, they have no record of any relationship and were happy I brought this to their attention.

I bought 2 items from The Foggy Dog. A dog ID tag that came with a cheap ring attachment that fell off in a day or two, losing the rather expensive ID. I also bought a dog bed with a blue & white ticking stripe cover. The zipper on the cover broke within days, and the stitching on the bed came apart on one side—spilling a lot of filling for my puppy to munch on. Buyer beware! The products are stylish but the quality is poor. Very disappointing.

I wish I would have read these reviews instead of relying on their websites 4,000 5-Star reviews. Our dog’s collar was beautiful but is horrible quality. Has completely fallen apart. I tried posting a truthful review on their site. I will try to post a photo here. Don’t buy from them.

The cost of the dogbed was 200 dollars...minimal cushion, cheap material..I received this bed as a gift..My mother and I could not believe how poor the material used. Hard thin and scratchy to the touch, His old bed 40 bucks at homegoods is better made..The dogs name on it , a patch glued on. I awaiting the arrival of dog tags...not expecting much...

I paid priority shipping and the item does not arrive until a week later after I no longer needed it. Customer service was unhelpful and told me I would get a refund but not for the shipping I paid for. They also were quick to blame it being a holiday on Tuesday but even if it shipped after the holiday it still would have arrived by Saturday, not the following Monday when it did. When I go to return it I am now being charged an extra $5 for processing fee. So the original $45 ($10 for shipping) I paid I will only be getting a little over half back. I would highly consider purchasing from them if you think you may need to return something. This was my first time ordering from them and I have never been so disappointed with a company and their customer service. Will not be ordering from them again. If you’re looking for a company that has great customer service, delivers on time/makes it right, and has excellent quality I’d order from Lucy & Co!!
