This is spot on from AI . The Foggy Dog receives mixed reviews: customers love its stylish, high-quality, American-made designs and eco-friendly approach, but frequently complain about high prices, shipping delays, poor durability (especially buckles/clasps), limited sizes, and sometimes unresponsive customer service, with some finding patterns don't match photos on smaller items. Common complaints mention clasps failing on strong pullers, scratchy materials on beds, and issues with bow tie

Some issues with truthfulness from the owner I said that I had a reactive, 80 pound dog when I ordered leash and collar. The collar is 1/2 inch and not so steady. I paid for my order and asked the owner again about the steadiness of the collar. It took her awhile to get back to me but she did nothing to help. I have used the collar once and will donate it. The business looks good but it is completely deceiving. Beware if you own a large dog.

We ordered 3 collars and the largest one for our 22 lb bichoodle, the runner, broke instantly. Made out of amalgam, like solder type metal. I nearly passed out trying to grab him and had a full hour of surprise excercise and he nearly got hit by a car TWICE. Not happy, informed them and ZERO response. Avoid. The medium and small collars are still intact but those pups don’t pull and aren’t as strong, but either way it makes me nervous.

Hi Jeremy, First and foremost, we’re incredibly relieved that your pup is safe, we can only imagine how frightening that experience must have been. That is absolutely not the level of quality or peace of mind we aim to provide, and we're truly sorry that our product fell short in such a serious way. What’s puzzling is that we couldn’t find any record of you reaching out, no email, no message through our site or socials, and no review linked to your order. We did locate your purchase, but nothing was flagged about the collar issue until now. We absolutely want to understand what happened and make this right. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you directly shortly so we can learn more, look into the defect, and find the best way to resolve this for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re taking it seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to follow up properly.

Super cute right out of the box. Design is beautiful. But after 6 months his collar has completely disintegrated from the outside layer. My other dogs collar was half the price and holds up great!

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with the durability of your collar buckle. While our buckles (like all collar buckles) are not scratch-proof, they should last longer than 6 months! Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with your order.
