This is a very friendly group of real estate investors that individually have made quite a bit of money in the real estate investment field. They are energetic, knowledgeable and passionate about giving back to others by helping them achieve financial success through flipping houses and commercial properties. They set out a blueprint to give their time to teach, advise, encourage, mentor and coach their students. I have learned from all of them and would recommend this class to anyone who is willing to take the time to learn, implement, follow and invest in themselves to begin/improve a new life journey.

Jake Leicht has created the highest quality real estate investing curriculum program on the market. Allowing you to start from zero to becoming a bona fide fix and flip investor. In addition to creating a wonderful team of investors/lenders/coaches where everyone can dialogue and teach each other about the ins and outs of the real estate investing game. 9 weeks into the course and we have 3 homes under contract to fix and flip. We’ll see how it all goes! So far, money very well spent.

Incredible program to learn how to flip anywhere! Jake gives you a step-by-step recipe that anyone with zero real estate experience can follow. I can get my questions answered immediately from the community and I love getting on the live zoom calls. There is so much support from the community & the resources run deep! My favorite parts (outside of flipping my first house of course!) have been the accountability coaching & the Saturday mindset calls. I'm very grateful to have found this program-- it's really changed the trajectory of my life and opened my eyes to what's possible in real estate in such a short time. This program taught me the missing pieces I needed to be able to hedge risk when flipping. Jake teaches in such a simple way that anyone could understand what he is saying and put into practice the things they have learned. I learned more actionable information in this master class than any class I’ve ever taken.
