Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

Jake is down to earth and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Also I have a great coach in Stephanie Marsh. She has been a great help and has explained to anything that I have had a question with.

This is the best program. The way Jake has put this together is amazing. You are welcomed into this comunity with open arms from everyone.

I joined Jake's program with 0 real estate experience, 0 construction experience, 0 lending experience. I had a credit score in the 500s and $0 savings. Whatever Jake said his program offers, is exactly everything I was able to achieve not once , not twice, but three times over. I sold my most recent flip earlier this year, over 2700 miles away. I've never seen any of my flips in person and have managed all aspects of the flip remotely. I've also funded these flips using other people's money which is what the program teaches. If you are ready to commit to yourself and ready to take action and want to fast track your learning, learn from other's mistakes, and have access to weekly live coaching calls and an amazing supportive community, then I highly recommend this program.

I’m very thankful I made the decision to invest in Jake’s program. His program is strategically structured so all information will be answered in the next segment. By the end of the course, you will be as experienced as Jake is in terms of Knowledge.

The Flip Family is exactly what I wanted. The lessons and videos are not only thorough and easy to understand, Jake does a great job at making it feel very personal - like he's in the room with you cheering you on! My mentor is amazing, he's helped me so much along the way and he's incredibly friendly and encouraging. He's offered so much helpful advice that has really given me the confidence and courage to move at a quick pace in this program! The tools available have been monumental in helping me make sure I'm making great offers to ensure a great return! I can't imagine how long it would have taken me to do this on my own, being part of this team is priceless!

Flip Secrets is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm finally living my dream and I have an entire REI Family to help me along the way for life!!

Jake did a great job going over all of the details to be successful in real estate investing. The modules and how they are presented are easy to understand. He goes over every aspect in detail and how everything fits together. I have learned so much! I feel that these courses and community have given me the tools and support to be successful in this type of investing. This program is well worth the money for the skills and tools I gained. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to jump into real estate investing!

Prior to joining Flip Secrets, I had been investing in real estate for roughly 5 years (both flips and buy-and-hold). I was doing well but felt like I could do better and scale quicker...and to do that, I needed to become more skilled about using/finding "Other People's Money" (OPM). I had always heard folks talking about investing in real estate with 100% OPM, and for the last 5 years, I thought it was just a gimmick to get people to join whatever "mastermind" was being marketed. Flip Secrets has taught me that it is absolutely a reality! The coaching/mentoring, resources provided, and the community is top-notch!! I wish I would have found this group 5 years ago. Thank you, Flip Secrets.
