The content really prepares you for every step of the flipping process and eliminates the fears and the unknowns of the flipping business. It has helped me to build the knowledge and confidence I need to take this to full time business. The team at The Flip Secrets are friendly and motivating. Having the community to consult with for questions has been a great resource.

I loved all of the education i received from the Flipsecrets course and from the community within it. This course is exactly what I needed to pull the trigger on something I've wanted to do for a long time. I am still in the process of finishing my first flip, but during these past 3 months I have also purchased two other properties that I'm holding on to as rentals with renters in place and I have two others under contract that will be kept as rentals also. And I'll just keep going!!! Jake covers different strategies including buying and holding, this is not just about flipping. There is so much value in the course. More than I expected! Without this course I would not have known that there are passive real estate investors looking for people like you and I, the ones that enjoy finding the properties, the hunt, the diamond in the rough. We bring them the deals so that they can continue to invest and remain passive investors. We need them just as much as they need us. We do not need to rely on banks! Who knew, right?! The course is very well laid out and easy to understand. There are daily zoom calls with the coaches and an online communitywhere you can communicatewith other students, investors, mentors, coaches. You are NOT alone going through this program! I recommend it to anyone that is interested in learning how to get into real estate investing.
