Very comprehensive and practical

Overall, the content provided was to be expected and helpful. The group is very interactive and willing to help. When making your way through the course, you need to continue to apply what is tough to become successful.

I want to say that paying to be a part of this program is a big deal and I was on the fence for awhile. I was worried that I would pay a lot of money and get information that I could get from just about anywhere. But I joined because I knew two God fearing men who work for Flip Secrets and knew they would warn me if it was a bad choice. So I took a risk. I am half way through the course right now but I couldn’t be happier. Jake is upfront it will take a lot of work, but it isn’t complicated. He walks us through step by step, making something that seems overwhelming digestible. There is a lot of good information in this masterclass that I could not get from just a one weekend seminar. He teaches how to make a good analysis on properties, how to find realtors and contractors, how to find money lenders. On top of that he has created a family with all the former students and current coaches where I did’t have to start my networking from ground zero. Just by being a part of the course I have access to money lender contacts who other students used and were happy with. As a matter of fact the first money lender I called said that he had never had a problem with loaning money to Flip Secrets students. He said they know how to run their numbers. I was also hesitant to join because as a man who loves Jesus, to me I felt like all the advertising about “using other people’s money” for me to make money almost seemed sleazy. But It is not at all. If you are in any way suspicious of that part don’t be. What I learned is there are a lot of rich people and corporations who want to put their idle money to use to earn interest but they want to do it at a rate higher than the stock market can do, with less risk. You are actually providing a service for Other People’s Money. You are putting in the work to find deals that are secured by real estate and giving them returns higher than they would find anywhere else. Jake is also very clear to “use your new superpowers for kindness”. Jake is not at all about taking shortcuts and trying to undercut the people helping you. He teaches you how to make sure it is a winning proposition for everyone, or if a house can’t support everyone making good money on it, it isn’t the right house to flip. I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence about joining this Flip Family Community. PS. Eduard is an awesome coach, I hope you get him!

If you like structure, if you like having confidence and you like having the support you need. DO IT! I had a lot of apprehension, but glad I joined The Flip Secrets Family. You'll be able to fully underwrite a deal, build relationships and utilize affiliated private and hard money lenders to be successful in flipping houses. They provide education on exit strategies if you ever need a plan B or C. If you have the drive, your are set up to be successful.

I am very satisfied with the Flip Secrets program! I am a newbie in the REI world. I wa scared to dip my toes into something no one in my family's history has ever done. When looking for a program/coach to guide me, I came across other programs that did not feel right and the cost was too high. Thankfully, I saw an ad not knowing this was it. Not so long ago I started with the Flip Secrets program, but I can already tell this will be life changing for me. Jake, the creator of the program, a person with so much knowledge does an awesome job explaining in simple words how things work. He makes you feel welcome and reminds you, that no matter your background you can do this! I am a newbie but already feel like a pro with how much I've learned. You get a full community that stands behind you supporting you allong the way. More than a program, it feels like family. From the get-go, everyone you speak with, from the reps, to the enrollment team to the coaches all have your best interest. I cannot say enough good things about the Flip Secrets program. The education curriculum is set up very well for both beginners and experienced real estate investors. The amount of resources they provide in order to answer your questions is probably one of their greatest strengths. There is an entire built in network of people that want to help each other succeed. I would recommend this program to anyone that is interested in real estate investing.

What this company offers is a legit instructional "course" on real estate investing. This program is a one stop shop down to the smallest detail odd all the ins and outs of how to become a successful real estate investor. Furthermore, it teaches you how to become successful without having to spend 40 hours a week or more working to grow your buisness. Getting into real estate is something that I have been wanting to do for almost a decade. I learned some aspects on my own over the years but ultimately I did not know where to start, how to start, what all of the important small details were, and most importantly did not have the funds to start. This program has taught me not only how to start but grow my buisness with no money out of my own pocket. Ding ding ding! This is your golden ticket to start in creating in the real estate!
