SO GLAD I purchased this mentorship program! I was VERY nervous at first just not knowing what was on the other side of my decision to join. I’m telling you the funding portion of the training (using other people’s money or OPM) hands down made my purchase worth it all! Not to mention the networking that takes place within the flip family. Lastly, simply listening to the coaching calls you learn from other people’s questions and situations. It’s worth it! This is a great program for new real estate investors that want to learn about the investor side of real estate. You just don’t have jack teaching you the program. Everyday there is a zoom call from other mentors that’s all so doing the same thing that you are doing and that can help you with just and I say just about everything.
