My experience with the flip secret is a great one so far, and I will encourage anyone who wants to get into Real estate to join the flip secret family. They are a wonderful company and a great group of people.

This program is definitely worth it. Jake and the FlipSecrets team have real-time, proven, industry knoweldge that is applicable to any current market. The system is designed as a step-by-step foundational platform to give entrepreneurs all the key ingredients to launch and run their real estate investing business successfully. With that being said - they will not do the work for you, which I appreciate. Rather, a toolkit is laid out for you to use. It is up to the entrepreneur to use these tools to their advantage. I am skeptical about many programs online and do my research befor signing up for anything. I would recommend FlipSecrets to anyone that wants to learn how to find, analyze, and execute a profitable fix-and-flip deal. Also, big shoutout to all the coaches with current market experience and insightful industry knowledge as well as my accountability coach, Ed! 5 stars.

My experience so far is going great, Eduardo is very helpful and knowledgeable. At first everything seemed overwhelming, but with the right coaching and guidance it’s going smoothly.

So far so good in my experience with the flip fam, got to appreciate the timely responses and the different personalities on discord within the zoom meetings. Take advantage of this step by step process and follow these steps to the T. Stepping out of your comfort zone wil be the key to all success. A great opportunity for a great return!

This problem has been more than I could have imagined. Jake did a great job of breaking down each topic in a way that everyone can understand. He is passionate about investing, but he is equally as passionate about teaching people how to change their lives through real estate investing. This program is above and beyond anything that I expected. He literally gives you step-by-step information on what to do first, second, and third. On top of that, the mentorship calls weekly and online forum have been the icing on the cake. If you are thinking about doing this program, I HIGHLY recommend it. I know this course has changed my life for the better, I am so thankful I took this leap of FAITH!

Straight forward, factual, real, and knowledgeable. The program is great! Flip Secrets does a great job of explaining all aspects of the process, program, word tracks, breaking it down on a simplified level, and legitimately a real person and isn’t pitching BS. I highly recommend Flip Secrets. It’s up to you to decide what life you want!
