Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

I didn't know the first thing about flipping houses before taking this course. Just getting thru the first module, day by day I get more and more confident about how to go about this. As I get deeper into it I become so excited , cause I know things are about to significantly change . I couldn't be more thrilled about my decision to commit to this course.

Folks. I like many of you are very careful to jump into anything or program or offer that you don’t get every bit of details on beforehand. I am very much a deep researcher and will dig until I have enough information to make the best decision. I can tell you.. the team and leadership at Flip Secrets got this right. The leader Jake and his staff and the folks around him have done their best job to support, prepare and help you execute whatever your plans maybe. This is the best investment I have made in myself and for my family. No looking backward let’s go win!!!!

Sam Jones has been fantastic! From providing insight to recommendations, along w/ following up w/ me on a regular basis, I could not ask for a better mentor in our flipping family!

The information from the "Masterclass Mentorship", Tutorials is an invaluable asset to a new beginner who wants to get into the business but initially feels like a fish out of water. The ultimate calculator is a critical tool for having a guideline to make offers based on the Flipping Mastery Template, following a proven system for success! The encouragement from the accountability coach is priceless; and an important weapon for aiding in success.

AMAZING PROGRAM! Jake’s program has helped me overcome the information overload phase and has allowed me to start taking action in the fix and flip game. At first I was terrified to make the leap and kept thinking if I found the right mentor since there are a lot of frauds out there. JAKE AND HIS TEAM ARE LEGIT!! Jake ultimately has this game mastered and I’m lucky to be learning under him and his team. THANK YOU FLIP SECRETS!

Flip Secrets has been such great value to me. The program is simple to understand and very real world friendly. Its straight to the point and give's you the simple blueprint to success! It show's you how to crate generational wealth using Other Peoples' Money (OPM). It's a great way to stack money and invest into long term rentals.

So far my experience with Flip Secrets has been great. The lessons are really digestible and the information is solid. My husband and I are excited to get started with our first Fix and Flip using the Flip Secrets Method. We were recommended to this program by a friend, and she already has multiple homes under contract in her first year. Exciting!

This program is one of the best programs that I have participated in. Jake gives you a step by step outline to guide you through the process and makes it easy to understand. I'm learning so much about real estate that I never knew and I'm enjoying the way I'm being thought. My coach Sam is amazing! She gives me great advice and is there for me every step of the way. If you want to learn real estate investing this is definitely the program you want to be in.
