We’ve had a great experience so far and would recommend Flip Secrets! Jake does a great job of explaining the material and gives real life examples to help enforce it. He can be long winded at times which makes the lessons a little longer than they should be but that’s his personality and just roll with it! Our mentor Julia was great! She kept us on track and was always encouraging! They have an online community board with an abundance of resources and nightly live discussions. Everyone is so friendly and helpful with answering questions. I will say if you’re not motivated to put in the work, then do not go through with the program. Jake gives you the guidelines to be successful, but it’s up to you to put in the work. And mistakes will be made so learn from them. And reach out to the resources that you gain through the process. All in all a great experience so far and looking forward to selling our first flip!

The quick responses from my mentor/the team, the huge discord allowing networking, and the detailed videos Jake made about every single step in the House flipping game made this the best course I have ever come across. I mean these people are wonderful and the team’s great. I wholesale real estate and I’m looking to expand into house flipping thats why I joined this course.
