Im still learning how it works and yet to test out many of the options on the app. Just having it running in its basic setup at the moment. Had initial problems setting it up as it kept saying I was trying to cover too large an area. Delivery was pretty quick and the item was very well packed.

I had an issue with the settings. I contacted the team and it was resolved within a few days. They were in constant contact with me to make sure the issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied. I purchased the Wide version and love it. It works just as advertised

The unit was delivered and worked for 5 mins before it just kept losing connection. Tried to reboot by switching off few times with no luck The not connecting problem seems to be a common fault with the product Emailed Flightwall customer service received a response. Emailed back a few times but now complete radio silence Seems standard operating procedure of Flightwall reading other reviews. I she formally rejected the unit under UK Consumer law and raised a dispute with my Credit Card company Such a shame as friend has one that works and it’s pretty good

It took over three hours to get it set up. The app constantly crashes and you have to re-do al off your settings and hope you don't get the unexpected error message. I think the idea and concept is good but it still has a lot of bugs to be worked out. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!

I bought this for mt wife for an anniversary gift. It never worked from day 1. It seems like it’s a bad power connection. We’ve sent 2 emails in 7days and have gotten zero response. Where is their customer service! We are extremely disappointed and if I don’t get a response within the next week, I’ll contact my credit card company!

I wouldn’t recommend at all. We’ve tried absolutely everything to get it to connect. And it just keeps failing. We’ve even tried in different households thinking it might be the Wifi. But the app is showing the Wifi is excellent. It’s quite flimsy and feels cheap. From China. Definitely not have the money. Don’t waste your money at all. I’ve tried to contact support three times now asking for assistance but unfortunately have not had any reply. It’s such a shame as it was a birthday present for my partner and unfortunately ruined the excitement of it.
