What a waste of money. What they don't show you when you sign up is that they don't have a lot of the featured/popular dresses in stock. I spent a few hours favoriting items for events throughout the month. Out of 4 exchanges, I never got any of my favorited items which was super frustrating. I didn't love the items I rented so I ended up not wearing them. I'm a size xs/small for reference. I eventually gave up and stopped bothering. I'm frustrated I ever signed up.

I love what fashion pass is trying to do and all of their clothing is great. However, you have to return all items before being able to order new items. This defeats the purpose of being able to "keep things as long as you want them" because you can't keep the item without buying it if you are looking to receive new items. I have a few weddings where I want a few options so if I find 1 dress I like then I have to actually return that 1 dress I like in order to receive other dresses to try on- which means that when I return it it could potentially get taken:( I hope this changes or they consider changing it! Sadly may cancel my subscription until then.

They're awesome. The customer service is top notch. There have definitely been some changes in how they do things as they've grown and scaled, with some pricing changes to shipping + how much you can earn from leaving reviews, but understandable with how much growth they're experiencing. Love using Fashionpass, they really are amazing!

FashionPass has such cute clothes and accessories. I love being able to rent items that I might not normally wear. It's such a great way to get out of your style comfort zone a little and fall in love with unexpected pieces and/or pieces that reflect your style and will become staples in your closet. I have purchased a number of the pieces that I've rented because I have loved them so much and loved the discounted member price even more. To top it all off, FashionPass has some of the best customer service I've ever come across. Overall, a really positive experience thus far.

*UPDATE* They sent me a nice apology and refunded my money. I think they're just really struggling to get it together. I'll give them another star for trying and maybe try them again in a few years I finally received my first order (after a full week, and a 3 day delay...) and one of the items in my order smells so bad that I can't wear it, let alone even leave it out of the packaging. This is disgusting. A couple of other items... website is horrible and it's super glitchy. Doesn't work half the time. Selection of items is alright, but the fact you have to order accessories is stupid and useless and quite honestly a total waste. That ruins it for me (the smelly clothes and delay was the nail in the coffin). For the amount of money the subscription costs and the fact that "unlimited rentals" is advertised, I would think shipping time, cleanliness, and convenience is kind of important. I wouldn't have time to rent another package with the shipping delays. Especially when competing against Nully which I've used with a lot of success - they have it right. Go there instead. Customer service is non-existent. They sent a fake instagram DM with something like "oh no babe! sorry to hear that!" with no follow up or resolution. Packaging is like something you'd get from Forever 21 (not exactly appropriate when they're advertising "luxury brands"). And overall, this experience was just terrible. I was so excited to try Fashion Pass because I loved the concept, and unfortunately this service is not going to do it for me. It's been a total flop. Go use Nuuly and don't waste your time or money.

Fashion Pass is amazing. Over the last year, during the pandemic, I've gained weight and had zero desire to focus on my body, let alone dressing it. Along comes FP. They have sizes XS through XL in tons of gorgeous tops, bottoms, jumpsuits, dresses and accessories. I was given a code to get a percentage off of my first order and after giving it one try, I was hooked. Mostly because it helped me to discover that I can be interested in dressing my new body. In new styles. I can look cute at this weight, and everywhere in between (on my journey back to a Med/Lg). The customer service is seriously top notch. You can text/message/email - all responses come in ASAP. Great example of above and beyond cust. service - I ended up loving one of the dresses I rented so much I purchased/kept it. Afterward, I noticed a button was missing - and it's a material covered button - so impossible to recreate without using some of the dress fabric. I let them know - I had the extra button that came with the dress when they purchased it brand new in my next order. Problem solved. How did they remember to send it in my next order?! Such a small detail - but they pay attention to those details. HIGHLY recommend!

I cannot recommend Fashion Pass more! They have frequently updated options to rent, they have great customer service that you can text if you have any problems, and you can rent and return as many times as you want throughout the month! They are great for everyday wear as well as formal attire for weddings.

FashionPass is hands down the best clothing rental company I have ever used! Their clothes are top of the line and very clean. I’ve always had a tremendous experience with receiving my items on time and dealing with customer service. I’ve loved every outfit that I’ve rented and have even purchased quite a few too. Highly recommend!
