Customer service is impossible to communicate with. They don't have a phone number, so you need to rely on a "support ticket" when you have an issue. The shipping company they use is terrible, and packages never arrive on time. Most of the cute clothes they advertise are sold out in common sizes. So you need to scour their website for hours looking for items you may actually like that are in your size.

Generally great customer service. But here was the problem: I accidentally left out a bangle for return. Definitely my fault. They charged me for it is how I found out. No receipt no communication. Just caught it on my card. Didn’t love that. But it was my mistake. Returned it. Absolutely returned it. Would I forget having gone through that the first time? Now they are saying I didn’t return it. Never had anything like this happen after years with RTR and Nuuly. Too bad. I tried them for more trendy clothes. Cancelled. Can’t trust

This company is basically a scam. They don’t fulfill their promises and they bait and switch you on the initial purchase contract . 100% do not recommend.

Overpriced. Sends you worn out, tearing, stained items and does not refund at all. Also you get “10 monthly items” but you only get 5 then have to mail them all back to get 5 more. So of the 30 days you might be lucky to have the items 20 of the days and you will also most likely not be able to wear them all because of quality issues. Of the 15 times I received over my 2 month subscription , I was able to wear 8 because of these issues and I didn’t have time to even get my last set of 5 items. So in total it was roughly $30/wear. Total rip off since the items aren’t even good quality materials. Mostly polyester and rayon. You could go to TJ Max and get the same quality and get to keep the item for less than $30.

I wasn't able to view inventory in my size prior to joining the service and providing my payment information. The clothing arrived worn out and discolored with unreasonable pricing should you want to keep an item. Nothing fit as sizing was way off. You get two rentals per month, so I was hoping for a better outcome for my next shipment, and I barely had any choices on what to rent in my size - 16/XL. I had two pages to choose from. I picked what I liked best, however, none would have been my choice and again, the clothing was worn out and nothing fit - almost like the clothing was shrunk by being washed so much. I use another popular service for years and they are hands down 100% better than this service and even less expensive. I signed up for discounted trial and then was told by customer service that I couldn't cancel before using their service for two months and they offered a discount for me continuing to the third month. Customer service was responsive, but they replied in circles and told me that they couldn't offer me a refund at all and they couldn't cancel my contract without charging me for the second month. I wasted $100 and the funny thing is that they are also committing fraud because even after I cancelled my contract, they kept trying to attempt to charge my credit card. However, I had locked my card so I would get notifications of them trying to charge me - they tried to push through four additional small charges. I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Also their clothes come extremely wrinkled wrapped in tiny bags stuffed into a bigger bag. Other rental services send clothing on either hangers or rolled neatly into a nice zipped up package. Returning items is not convenient either and you have to wait for them to get your order back in order to unlock your next shipment. STAY AWAY from this company and try another service. RTR and Nuuly are amazing.

Omg this was the BIGGEST waste of money. I purchased 2 dresses. One came with a hole. I immediately took photos and emailed them. It took days (more than a week?) to hear back. They made me ship the item back and gave me a store credit only (minus the shipping fee!!!) so I essentially PAID money for an item that came with a RIP! I understand that there is generally no money back, but on a DAMAGED item? I so disgusted, I just used my credit and plan to never purchase from them again.

The clothes were all in poor condition. They were stretched out and had wash wear and looked like they’ve been worn 100 times.

Their marketing tactics are deceitful and misleading. They do not actually give you these items for an entire month. They make it impossible to keep your last order for the entire time you have paid for when cancelling. They will charge you early if you do not send it back, forcing you into a cycle of being stuck paying them. Don't do it!
