I've had a great time using fashion pass. Most recently there was just a bit of a snafu with my order. Before shipping it to me, Sara and quality control realized that there was something wrong with a belt I had chosen. Usually I get my orders in 3 days. So, Unfortunately it held up my order by a day. but they made up for it by offering an extra item. They went out of there way to makes sure and still get my clothing order on time for my big events. Selection of clothes and customer service are great. Special shout out to Sara in service department.

Love using FashionPass. I have been renting from them for years. I have tried other rental companies but was disappointed with the selection, quality and delivery speed. I really appreciate that there is not a ton of down time between shipments. As soon as I scan my return, I can start picking new clothing items. Highly recommend.

FashionPass replies to customer services inquiries within an hour and always has a solution. I’ve used other subscriptions in the past and they’ve never been as responsive or accommodating. Shipments always arrive earlier than expected and clothing is always in excellent condition, and most of the time brand new with tags. I’ve been a member for 3 years and have enjoyed every order!

Olivia from Fashion Pass was so helpful to work with! I was missing a piece of clothing from my order, and she was so helpful! She assisted me and answered my email in a timely manner! It was a great experience overall :)

Delivery is almost always very quick and orders arrive ahead of schedule. Recently, my order didn’t deliver on time so I reached out to customer service and they promptly credited my account for the lost time and allowed me to make a second order while they track down the original. The customer service rep was thorough and lovely to work with. Returns are easy and I love being able to order two shipments in one month. Love this service!

Amazing customer service. I have been using fashion pass for years. Typically i would go back and forth every few months between FP and nuuly. After a handful of subpar experiences with nuuly, i fully committed to fashion pass and glad i did. I have never had an order issue until yesterday and it was only because of a missing button on jeans, really not even noticeable. I only reported it because i didnt want to pay if i sent them back that way. Elle helped me immediately and credited my account for an extra item next box! Thanks FP team!

Customer service has always been on par. Things happens and they always are willing to work with you (within reason). Shoutout to Christina! I also like how the clothes are always in good condition and not raggedy!
