The FashionPass customer service is truly next level and really makes me love FP that much more. I always get a response within a few hours and their team is always super helpful in helping me navigate anything and answer my questions. Big thank you to Jennifer who was a great support most recently. :) If you're not on FashionPass, I highly recommend trying it out!

Love using FashionPass! It's so great to have options for events like weddings without feeling like I'm wasting money on outfits I'm only going to wear once. It's also great to have for vacations, my own bachelorette and wedding events, concerts, etc. New items are added pretty regularly and it's been great they've started adding "short" options as typically I have to get most dresses & pants hemmed in order to fit me. Customer service is extremely responsive, and shipping to Southern California is extremely quick!

I only have wonderful things to say about FashionPass, my only problem with it is that I wish I had known about it sooner! It is perfect for someone who has lots of events and wants new outfits all the time, but doesn't want to spend the money. It is such a good investment and I find that it has helped me to stop spending money on clothes. Shipping and return is seamlessly easy and the turnover is quick.

I am a fairly new subscriber and absolutely LOVE using FashionPass! Their site has so many cute options and there are new items added all the time. Their website is easy to use and navigate and rented items come fairly quickly. I love changing my wardrobe often and this site definitely helps!

The items you want in your size are likely not going to be available when you need them. If you wait too long then shipping could be delayed past the date when you need the item. It's a great idea in theory but in practice not so much. I like the trendy clothes but the shipping and lack of availability makes me not want to use this service. In response to the reply from FashionPass. I have asked your associates for alerts when certain items are in stock in inventory twice but I never get an alert. I’m not happy with the lack of follow through with that.

That is definitely not the norm for us - our carriers are typically super reliable, but we are always happy to look into that for you and help in any way we can if your package is ever delayed for any reason. We can also keep an eye out for any items that are not currently available in your size for you, and since our inventory is constantly rotating with items being restocked throughout the day, there's a really good chance that an item you're looking for would become available very soon! This company will not let you cancel! They most you can do is pause your account for 1 month, and the website is very misleading about this. I’ve tried reaching out via their various forms of customer service (text, website chat, email- there is no phone option) and have received no help! I’m beyond frustrated and would not recommend this service to anyone unless you want to be trapped
