Elle from customer service was extremely helpful! I was very concerned and upset about a situation and she was extremely responsive and helped fix my issue quickly. I am so appreciative and wish more customer service experiences would be like this! Thank you!

I have been a customer of Fashion Pass for many years now and they always help me out if there's an issue with my order and resolve it right away!! Recently worked with Christina at customer support and she was extremely kind and helpful with resolving my problem! I will be a long time customer of theirs!!

I’ve been using FashionPass for a long time and have consistently had a 10/10 experience! The quality of the clothes, shipping speed and customer service are always exceptional. Such an easy and reliable service. Y’all are the best - keep up the amazing work!

I had a small issue with one of my items in my order and I reached out to customer service and was given Jade to help out with my situation she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out. I truly have never had a customer service experience like this. You can tell Fashion Pass and all of their employees take pride in what they’re doing. With that being said I have recommended them to every friend and family member and will NEVER be cancelling my membership.

I would recommend Fashion Pass to anyone who loves clothes but doesn’t want to constantly rewear outfits, or anyone who has events coming up where they’ll only need an outfit once! I started using Fashion Pass a few years ago in college for game days and sorority events, and I’ve loved it ever since. They have so many cute options, and I can almost always find my size! I also want to give a huge shoutout to their customer service team. I recently had a package get delayed in transit (which was not Fashion Pass’s fault and was due to USPS), and their customer service team went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. They let me rent additional clothing items and even gave me Fashion Pass cash toward my next purchase/billing cycle. I was so impressed with how they handled the situation!

Christina was so much help with sorting out a mistake I made while ordering. Very grateful for all the patience and help! 5/5 for customer service!

Everyone I ever talk to from FashionPass's customer service always goes above and beyond to help out. They are always kind, responsive, and helpful! I cannot say enough great things about FashionPass!

Generally great customer service. But here was the problem: I accidentally left out a bangle for return. Definitely my fault. They charged me for it is how I found out. No receipt no communication. Just caught it on my card. Didn’t love that. But it was my mistake. Returned it. Absolutely returned it. Would I forget having gone through that the first time? Now they are saying I didn’t return it. Never had anything like this happen after years with RTR and Nuuly. Too bad. I tried them for more trendy clothes. Cancelled. Can’t trust
