In 2001, brothers Eric, Richard and Garrett Browning took their love of fabric, their experience in the industry, and their business acumen to create a new store that would elevate the selection and level of service available in the St. Louis area. They knew what customers were asking for great access to products, and customer service built just for me.

I ordered this beautiful fabric on line as it was unavailable locally. The order was easily placed, took longer than I expected to get here. Perhaps crossing the border held things up, but I have not had this happen before. The fabric arrived well wrapped and in good condition .

I found that the service was 5 stars all the way. When I learned that the wallpaper I had ordered was not exactly what I needed for my project Tisha helped me get mine returned, found me what I needed, and refunded the balance I had left over. Her communication was very impressive and extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for wallpaper.

Not only was my order delivered with a hand-written thank-you note, but when I needed to order more on short notice, I called and was greeted with a live person and great customer service even on a Sunday! Very rare these days to get exactly what I wanted with excellent support. I would recommend The Fabric Co. to everyone.

I am from Australia and I was very impressed with this company. I really appreciated the quick response from the several emails I sent them. They were most helpful with my queries. The shipment was also quick and I received my order in just over 2 weeks!! There were not a lot of places in America that delivered to Australia and also had PayPal so this was also an advantage. Their prices were also better than any of the other sites I went into. Thankyou Fabric Co., for being friendly and co-operative.
