Extremely helpful staff
I contacted the staff by phone and they were extremely helpful. Some of the other online companies had only answering machines and never did call back despite several messages. This was the only company that helped me look for specific products and ordered samples for me. thank you Fabricco!

Not trustworthy
I was looking for a special fabric from fabricut. Fabricut stated t hat thix paticular material was backordered. The Fabric Co did not tell me that they had to get the fabric from fabricut. I was in the midst of a job and needed to have that material for a deadline! I ended up using a different material just as a substitute costing me an extra $150 for my job, because they did not comunicate that a material was on back order.. Thanks Fabric CO!

The order was placed on a Friday and shipped on Thursday the following week, the back order was for one day! As stated in our TOS "Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order (NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS). Packages are normally delivered within approximately 7-10 business days from the day of shipping depending on the location of the warehouse doing the shipping." Reference: https://www.thefabricco.com/terms We do apologize that it shipped on the fourth day but it was received with-in the time frame stated above.
