Molly offers a unique program that is no nonsense. She is generous with her time and tells you how it is. She provides an abundance of resources that are different to what you've learned before. On-line modules are short (10-15 minutes) and self paced. It's helpful to meet with Molly and other program members via regular Zoom calls throughout the month. Following a promotion and change in work responsibilities that better align with my goals, I decided to stay in my current organization.

I had not been able to gain employment with a comparable position/salaried job for over a year when I came upon TEJS.
