I found the Positioning and Executive Recruiting Playbook to be most helpful. Also, the Call-Call-Email approach is different than the LinkedIn-based approach I have used in the past and works!

I joined the program in February 2025, after three job opportunities fell apart, including one reaching the final interview stage. They were good opportunities with a good fit. I realized that looking for a job at the Executive/Sr level at 52 was way different, and I needed to change the approach. I compete in Triathlons, and if you want to move to the next level, you need a coach to perform better. I applied the same logic, and after seeing Molly's advertisement on FB, I joined the program.
