I had a great experience with The Executive Job Search program. Molly Wendell’s approach is practical, structured, and grounded in real-world success. The strategies helped me stay focused and efficient in my job search, saving me a lot of time and frustration. Molly does not miss a beat! She takes a cut-to-the-chase, unapologetic and fresh approach to navigating the complex job search for seasoned executive-level candidates. She shakes up the search method with a complete self reflection and places her candidates into a mindset on how to solve problems for organizations, not what each candidate can do. Her call / call / email approach seemed unwieldy at first but is the right method. Have work to do but very appreciative.

I have enrolled with Molly on two different programs and if you are wondering what sets TEJS apart other than Molly being an exceptional coach it’s the fact that this is not your regular job search it is a personal journey that will force you to introspectively relook at all you fears , strengths, beliefs and wants and somewhere come out on the other end making more sense of it than when you started. To me personally it was a self discovery journey that helped me redefine what the next version of me should be. Very grateful for Molly for sharing her knowledge and for her guidance.

The Executive Job Search experience has been wonderful! Molly teaches and coaches a tried-and-true methodology that causes you to think through how to define your search, present your most compelling self to target companies, land the job you truly want, and ensure your success and longevity thereafter. I can't recommend it highly enough!
