An item in my first order was defective. The Essential sent me a new one in a couple of days, no questions asked. I really appreciated not needing a lengthy back and forth to get a replacement.

I've been an a customer of The Essential since they launched as Move Grocery back in 2020. Loved their expansion and growth ever since, and have been a consistent customer since the beginning. For the first time, several months ago, I had an issue with an order that promised 1-3 week shipping that eventually stretched into 3 months. Their customer service staff worked with me literally every few weeks to try and get me my order, which I finally received this week. Their consistent responses and assistance finally paid dividends. I am so impressed with their engagement, support and effort - they turned a potentially negative experience into a reaffirmation of the company. The Essential did a great job. And I love everything that they offer. Check them out if you haven't already, you will not be disappointed!

The essential has quickly become (am i allowed to say it?) essential in my day to day. It’s so much harder to get out to costco or the supermarket, and i don’t have time to read reviews and price compare. I’ve bought sheets, mattresses, air purifiers, food, and towels from the essential. Everything has been great. I might even cancel my costco membership.
