They have a highly deceptive cancellation process. It’s more difficult to cancel than it was to even sign up. I ended up with an annual subscription after simply trying to cancel.

Spammy newsletter behaviour
Not only did I never sign up to their newsletters, they don't seem to take the hint that I'm not interested! I've tried unsubscribing several times now, though I've never signed up!

I have NEVER subscribed to the emails…
I have NEVER subscribed to the emails they send out to me sometimes multiple times a day and despite unsubscribing 25 times they still keep arriving in my spam folder! Surely there must be laws about sending unsolicited emails and failing to unsubscribe an email address when requested multiple times!?! Quite frankly the emails are junk and nothing more than another nuisance spammer in my junk folder!

Unsolicited Junk Mail
These people get a hold of email lists and just send their publication to whoever. To get rid of them you have to open their email, and who knows what malware, to unsubscribe. This should be illegal. Any legitimate publication would not do this.

I actually love the articles on ‘Epoch…
I actually love the articles on ‘Epoch Times’ and I actually do WANT to read more but I have 3 main issues -
1 - You MUST either log in via a Google account or sign up via an email account. Claiming to be ‘a Conservative right wing’ site while at the same time employing Socialist leftist tactics of control and not allowing readers to read anonymously is bizarre!
2 - I got a message saying that “my free subscription had run out”. I therefore couldn’t read ANY ARTICLES unless I paid (again, this would involve me using a credit or bank card and the net result would be yet MORE data gathering on who the readers are).
3 - The support isn’t easy to get to and they aren’t quick to respond once they realize you are being critical of their services. Their attitude is “well if you don’t like it then you can go somewhere else”!
For a [so called] right wing news website they act very much like the leftist Socialists they claim to oppose!
This makes me very suspicious of them being controlled opposition (just like Alex Jones really being Bill Hicks), as this website has the same vein about it!
Be warned, this site is probably collecting data on who the problem ‘Conservative Right Wingers’ are in the Country as a TRUE Conservative Right winged Conspiracy Site would NEVER require you to ‘log in’ or reveal your identity via bank cards in order to access their material!

I have been receiving unsolicited…
I have been receiving unsolicited emails from this far right organisation. I have asked them to stop. They haven't. Jt is impossible to unsubscribe. And how did they get my email address?
They are anti vax conspiracy theorists and worse. I recommend putting their emails in spam, my latest attempt to get free of them.
The reply like the email they sent me is 100% useless as I AM NOT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN SUBSCRIBED.
Again, how you got my email is a worry as I would never subscribe to a right wing publication.
Ii unsubs cribe to every email you send but I want them to stop.

Never signed up for this rubbish
Never signed up for this rubbish. Have tried to unsubscribe from newsletters & complain to them in UK but all means to do this are blocked by them. How can this disgraceful organisation be allowed to continue. They are toxic
