We do realize that there are third-party cancellation service companies out there helping people cancel subscriptions for a fee. These companies will pop up when you search on Google. However, these companies have nothing to do with The Epoch Times. The simplest way to cancel your subscription is by visiting your Customer Self-Service Portal on The Epoch Times website and clicking on the “Cancel my subscription” button on the “Manage my subscription” page. This process should allow you to cancel your account directly online without needing to go through any other channels within The Epoch Times or other third-party subscription cancellation service companies.
