You can't cancel this subscription! It is unbelievable. These are thieves. I have reported them to my bank, but I think I now have to close my bank account. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. They are unethical.

I decided to cancel my subscription and did so in writing on 2 May 2021. Since then they have refused to acknowledge my cancellation and have taken several payments from my account. I copnsider this to be unethical and probably illegal.

Enjoyed reading Epoch Times. However they automatically renewed our subscription just advising us that over $100 was taken from our credit card. We are not in a position to afford this cost at the moment. Very disappointed. Could they not ask first if we wanted to subscribe for another year? Not happy. Was going to subscribe again when sorted our finances but certainly wont now.

Canceling is very difficult. You can only cancel if you call the "cancel" number, then wait on phone, then 10 minutes of trying to sell you. If you want to cancel, go thru the drill and you will get it done at the end.

Love the paper. HATE the delivery service My paper is either a day late, soaking wet or doesn't arrive at all.Tried phoning the local rep to complain. Still getting rotten service.I have a mailbox but the paper gets tossed onto my soaking wet doormat under a steady drip of water from my roof.

SCAM -- Cannot be cancelled! Will clog your inbox or junk mail folder with HUGE number of daily messages. Unless you are an ultra-right "wing nut," they have nothing to say to you.

Like the content but HATE the customer service. They are impossible to get a meaningful reply to ask a question. Its too bad I have to TRY to cancel. I liked the reporting.

Beware if you subscribe, their auto renew scam is a maddening waste of time and money.
