Hello Mr Esser, It looks like you may have contacted a third party service to cancel your subscription. When we received their letter, we reached out to. Due to some miscommunication, we called back. We provide an online cancellation process to easily terminate your subscription. You should be able to access that by logging in at TheEpochTimes.com. We regret the miscommunication.
