I have been working with Mr. Jack for a long time and I am very happy that he replies to emails in a timely manner and gives the right advice. And they deliver samples at the right time When I first spoke to their management, they were very tolerant.

Small business And ecommece seller i am using TCB for more than 5 years now and they always work on timeline and product specs there are always a few issues which i had but it was resolved in timely manner.

This company is garbage. When I was considering using their business to produce my soap boxes I literally received emails every day until I finally agreed. I had products with no boxes; I missed out on sales. I cancelled my order and they still shipped these boxes out. By the way the boxes are produced and shipped from a Pakistan address. The quality of the boxes are garbage. They tear easily and flimsy. A total scam. I’m fighting these charges as we speak.

Kevin is great to work with. I felt looked after every step of my process. The end results were fantastic ! Very happy, giving them all my custom box business from now on!

I truly have never had such a terrible experience with a company. The company reached out to me for months, and due to the persistence I decided to give the company a try. However it was the biggest mistake I’ve even made!! My order is a week late and still hasn’t arrived, the tracking number hasn’t been updated, and from the photo my sales rep, Jennifer, sent me, the color of the printing is off (it’s darker than the mockup she sent me). I needed my order last week so I can ship products out to retailers on time. Due to the delay, they’ve hurt my relationship and my business. I lost a $20,000 contract because of their tardiness. My sales rep Jennifer keeps lying telling me my tracking code will be updated but for the past few weeks it’s only shown “your label was created”, and she also assured me my product would be delivered on time multiple times. Moral of the story if Jennifer reaches out DO NOT WORK WITH HER. If you don’t want to go back and forth with a company who can’t meet your deadlines, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!

Kevin was great to work with, he understood my designs and the boxes we have ordered so far have all been professional and to specs. We will continue to work with them for many new projects to come.
