ThecustomboxesReviews of thecustomboxes.com

This company is garbage. When I was considering using their business to produce my soap boxes I literally received emails every day until I finally agreed. I had products with no boxes; I missed out on sales. I cancelled my order and they still shipped these boxes out. By the way the boxes are produced and shipped from a Pakistan address. The quality of the boxes are garbage. They tear easily and flimsy. A total scam. I’m fighting these charges as we speak.

I truly have never had such a terrible experience with a company. The company reached out to me for months, and due to the persistence I decided to give the company a try. However it was the biggest mistake I’ve even made!! My order is a week late and still hasn’t arrived, the tracking number hasn’t been updated, and from the photo my sales rep, Jennifer, sent me, the color of the printing is off (it’s darker than the mockup she sent me). I needed my order last week so I can ship products out to retailers on time. Due to the delay, they’ve hurt my relationship and my business. I lost a $20,000 contract because of their tardiness. My sales rep Jennifer keeps lying telling me my tracking code will be updated but for the past few weeks it’s only shown “your label was created”, and she also assured me my product would be delivered on time multiple times. Moral of the story if Jennifer reaches out DO NOT WORK WITH HER. If you don’t want to go back and forth with a company who can’t meet your deadlines, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!

Not at good experince

Terrible Experience – Do Not Trust Them! I've had an unbelievably terrible experience with The Custom Boxes. I paid for ribbon printing for my flower shop FOUR months ago, and I haven't received the product or a refund! My sales rep, Andy Jackson, was completely unprofessional. He admitted he wasn't sure if they could do the job but pressured me to buy to meet his monthly sales quota. What kind of business operates this way? Two months ago, I was told that my ribbons were on the way, but they never arrived. And when I asked for a refund for the past two months, The custom Boxes ignored my emails and calls, refusing to address the issue. I finally spoke with the manager, Ben, a week ago, who assured me he'd resolve the problem, but he's failed to follow up. It's clear that this company doesn't care about its customers and has no intention of delivering what was paid for. The Custom Boxes is essentially stealing from me, and I don't want anyone else to go through this nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! After trying to work on a project for over a year and not being satisfied with the quality of the proofs, I requested a deposit refund and have been waiting for over 5 months only be ignored by my sales rep, the supports@thecustomboxes email and when calling or using their online chat just getting the runaround to contact my rep or the supports email. They also give you the impression that the boxes are manufactured in house (even stating via email that they are "100% in house manufacturing within the USA") when my rep actually confirmed that my proofs were in fact coming from overseas. Do not waste your time or money.

Do not order from this company. They had to print my boxes three times because of color and alignment issues which then took three months to receive. I've tried to contact them and they will not call me back. I have asked for the boxes to be reprinted or a full refund and they are unwilling to make it right. Now they have blocked me from emailing them.

Company with cheap link building or link insertion techniques they are stealing other competitors content to make their packaging brand stand out in packaging field. They steal one of my indexed content by replacing with their own keyword that is very cheap.

I paid a handsome amount for the order and received very low-quality boxes. Boxes had glue stains, terrible paper quality, color difference, and alignment issues. After this horrible experience, I tried Legacy and OBT Packaging and they never disappointed me and trust me they are much cheaper as well.
