I worked with DJ to purchase a desk chair for my home office. Although this was a tiny purchase relative to those of more typical corporate clients, the service I received was outstanding. DJ answered all my questions about the Trendway sketch, and he sent me sample swatches of the different leather options. Once the order was submitted, he gave me an accurate estimate of when the chair would arrive, and he alerted me just before it was scheduled to be delivered. Unfortunately, when the chair arrived there was a problem with its back adjustment. When I alerted DJ about this he immediately arranged to have a replacement chair back sent to me, and he later followed up to make sure that the problem had been corrected. Based on this experience, I am happy to give Applied Ergonomics my highest recommendation. I would also give a high recommendation to the Trendway Sketch desk chair.
