Excellent customer service
Diana was amazing! I had to change my design a couple of times and she was super helpful and very accommodating; great communication with fast replies and the product arrived quickly. I also got a personal email from Diana beforehand to say my package would be arriving soon. Really great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again!

Patient and Understanding
Daniel was great and very communicative. We were going back and forth for quite some time, so I definitely appreciate his patience. The product is as we wanted it with the exception of some miscommunication on the foam from our end. I will look into Custom Boxes for future projects!
