I emailed The Conscious Bar company and received a very nice, understanding return email right away. Seems like a great, responsive company and I can’t wait to try their chocolate bar!

I love how pure and simple your chocolate bars are made. Perfection. My taste buds however do not tolerate the 71% cacao. It is simply too bitter for me. If I can return most of them I really would appreciate that courtesy from your company. I tried three bars and had hoped one would be less bitter but sadly no luck. I suspect they will all be too bitter for me. I purchased many. Respectfully, an honest customer.

Although the chocolate is very good, I will be a "one and done" buyer due to deceptive advertising and poor customer service. I purchased on a buy 10, get 10 free promotion... Only I was charged full price-$10/bar. I immediately e mailed and sent message via instagram. No response. Sent additional e mailed, am now contesting through my credit card company. I later saw multiple people comment on IG about being ripped off.

I’ve been using the chocolate for awhile and I love it.. I ordered the dark. I wish it was a little sweeter. When using it in recipes, instead of just nibbling, I add a little more date syrup..
