Cleaning AuthorityReviews of thecleaningauthority.com

I have ordered the company for a first time for a deep clean for the 1st and 2nd floor of our house. The two ladies were very nice but this is the only positive thing I can say. When they were done I made a quick check and they missed a lot of spots (bath tubs, baseboard, etc) After they were gone I spotted more. Honestly for this high price ($65 per hour per cleaner) I expect a much better quality. It doesn’t give me much trust about the rest of the house and I can’t check everything. I can’t recommend this company due to the fact that my house didn’t look much cleaner afterwards.

Team #8 (Emily and Jayden) did a great job as always cleaning our home. We really appreciate their attention to detail. Would recommend them to anyone. It is so nice to come home to a clean home.

Andrea and Zuleika did a wonderful job on our house on 2/27/2023.

On 14 Feb the team of Haalen, Angela, and Nick came for my monthly appointment. The three did an outstanding job, I'd like to recognize their professionalism and thoroughness.

I've been using the service for many years. The cleaners are friendly and do a good job on monthly cleans. The problem in the head office and their scheduling department. The cleaning teams do not arrive at a set time so it makes things very challenging to schedule my day around. Today they came at 8:30am when they typically come around 11:00am and I was not home, I was dropping my child off at school. This caused a major issue and the company took absolutely no responsibility in the matter. They claimed that because my preference is for mornings, that they are allowed to change the time the cleaners come as long as it is in the morning. While this may work for some people, I've decided that this isn't the type of cleaning company I want to give my business to anymore. Too many scheduling headaches. I'd prefer to agree on a set time and have cleaners arrive at that time, which this company can't promise.

Laura, Meghan and Araceli were amazing!!!

Helen and Valen'e did an excellent job.

The Cleaning Authority cleaned my home today. Bonnie, Kat and Det did an amazing job in a short amount of time. They were professional, friendly and very thorough. I will be using this service again.
