The City Case, Inc.Reviews of thecitycase.paris

Excellence customer service, I was short of time when purchasing and worried about getting them on time. They had them delivered two days before our departure. Our trip in Paris and London was wonderful with museum pass which saved us lots of time purchasing tickets there. Metro pass (zone 1-6) took us from airport to our hotel ( close to metro station) with short walking distance and met our daily transportation need. Underground system in both cities are great (no traffic, fast, although sometimes crowd and I heard workers might have on strike in Paris, we were lucky). Our family of 5 (includes two teenagers, one elder of age 72) enjoyed two cities a lot with well planned ahead of time.

The entire process was amazing. The customer service answered all our questions, they were very helpful, we placed the order and it arrived as promised via FedEx. Hands up for The City Case! I will definitely use them again!

Matt answered emails right away despite the three hour time difference. He assured me that the passes will arrive on time even though there was a different, later date on the tracking. I can tell that City Case prides itself on excellent customer service and actually cares about the customer because they provide honest information and are very understanding if anything changes.

They answered all my questions before I placed my order and they promptly delivered it. Awesome service and people.

This was a new experience for me and a company I had not used previously so I was a little uneasy trusting someone with that much money with delivery not at home. I found that they answered my emails promptly and reassuringly. They promised to deliver the passes to me and they did it. They were courteous always I look forward to using them again. Thank you? City Case delivered exactly what they advertised. Even when they sent me the incorrect BatoBus vouchers, they were ready & waiting for me at my hotel when we arrived in Paris. I would highly recommend them for future trips.

The City Case answered all my questions, delivered the passes before the departure date I provided. Awesome service, awesome people. I recommend their service to everyone!
