The City Case, Inc.Reviews of thecitycase.paris

the service was reliable, my passes came in before my travel date. Passes worked great and it was very easy to use. The price is excellent!

I would do business with them again. They were out of the museum passes but were responsive and sent them to arrive when expected.

We are going to Paris in May 2014 and ordered the two day museum pass. We received the passes as expected. Great service and follow up.

They responded promptly to all my questions. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company. I would use them again!

Ten days before Christmas I ordered two museum passes for family who will be visiting Paris in April, so there was no need for rushed delivery. I believe I mentioned on the order that they would be a Christmas gift, and was pleasantly surprised when notified that the passes were being sent by courier at no extra charge. They made it here just in time for Christmas. (I had been quite prepared to tell the family members that their passes were on the way, but it was more fun to have them in hand.)

Fast response to payment issue - problem solved.

I found this company by googling museum passes for Paris. They were immediately responsive to my questions via email. The price was right and it saved us waiting on lines during our limited time in Paris. My hesitation about having the passes mailed to me was allayed when they said they would guarantee arrival. They kept in touch during shipping with a tracking number and the passes arrived in two days. Very pleased and would definitely use them again.

Totally worth getting the City Case Paris before your trip - they have great products and great customer service!
