I write this after our week in Paris We bought the Museum Pass for 4 days and a two day transit pass. Paris is overrun with tourists with museum passes. We had a 45 minute wait at the Orssay and almost that long at the Louvre. I suggest doing the other museums and pay their price because there isn't much of a wait. Paris is historic and enjoyable - just too many tourists agree.... The ease and efficiency of the City Case was great.

Your delivery (signature required) was a day later than I expected. Otherwise, we'd have had a problem....no one to sign. Because you were a day late, my wife was home packing. So everything worked out fine.

I like what they provide but there is no communication. I had to remind them of one of my orders. I liked their quick response but i feel that they need to be proactive in letting people know when they will receive what they ordered.

You should have received three emails from us for your two orders: a confirmation email, an estimated date of delivery email, and a shipping confirmation email. As indicated in our communication with you, your second order was shipped from another warehouse, that's why you haven't received the two different orders at the same time. The pass is good for the Metro and the bus system, but there was no map of bus services in the packet. Really would like to have had one as I will be riding the bus more often than the Metro......... or at least tell me where to get one when I arrive by Eurostar. Otherwise it all worked very well. Had the bus map been included I would have given it 5 stars!

At the time I had ordered the city pass there were some delays but the staff at City Case kept me up to date and made sure that I received information on when it would be shipped to me.

For price and delivery they were wonderful. Apparent ly some delivery glitch occurred, but I was informed right away and they got them to me very quickly. They also give us a little bonus for the problem. We are very excited about visiting Paris and are very much looking forward to this making our visit easier.

My order was somehow delayed but upon contacting them, they let me know that to make up for the delay, they would Fed Ex order to me and received the order promptly--KUDOS!!!
