Would be zero stars if I could. No (simple) prescription in 6 hours. Been sending messages.. no response to that either. Complete trash service for people who need help. Shame on y'all

Dang I should've read the reviews before I went with them. I only now, because I want to leave a review, realized it already has poor reviews. Here goes: Poor customer service. They say you'll get your prescription same day. I made request at 7am by 5pm I hadn't heard so I contacted them through chat. They said it will be before 9pm . Yes that is still within a day but I guess I had hoped to have the prescription called in during the pharmacy's business hours. It was called in after they closed and today I went to the pharmacy to pick it up and was told that they don't have the name brand and I need to contact caremd again and have them okay a generic brand. The only way to contact them is through their chat, which I did, and it said no one was available and will get back with me. That was 3 hours ago. I just gave up and decided to go with a different company. My prescription was called in within an hour. I guess I just lost out on my 39.99. anyway I definitely would not go with them again or recommend them.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online doctor’s appointment. For starters you don’t speak to anyone directly which is a red flag for me. No video or phone call with a doctor you just fill out a form and wait for a prescription to be filled. Then they quote you 2-4 hrs I filled out all my info at 9:30 am and by 3:30 pm I still hadn’t received a prescription. There’s no way to get ahold of anybody because when you call it says they’re busy and tells you to text a number. The chat agent is unprofessional and illiterate. I messaged the agent around 3:45 asking for a full refund so I could go get a prescription somewhere else. I was told it would be processed and sent within a couple days and that I’d receive a confirmation email. Never received anything. I’ve emailed the email on the “contact us” section of their page and I’ve gotten on the chat multiple times. They either just don’t respond or respond slowly with no real progress. It states in their policy that a refund can be made as long as it’s before a prescription is sent which when I asked for the refund it had not been sent. That was at 3:45pm, then I wake up to an email saying all prescriptions were filled at 11pm and now they’re saying they won’t refund me because of company policy. Absolutely furious, I will never be using them again. I should’ve read the other reviews before I decided to use them.

At 10am this morning I was informed the process of receiving a consultation and having a prescription called in would only take 2-3 hours but it’s been more than 6 hours and I’m still waiting !! Calling the customer service line gets you is a recorded message requesting you to text them, which I did. All that got me was someone who continuously avoided answering my questions, lots of excuses and more empty promises ! I never received the consultation or medication I paid for so now I’ve got to contact my financial institution and have the charges reversed !! Don’t waste your time and energy !!!

Takes hours and hours, prescription never sent in, cant talk to anyone, asked for a refund, never got my money back, RUN this is a rip off, flat out scam

A scam I requested a consultation after waiting an hour I canceled the consultation and received confirmation that the consultation was cancelled and a refund processed. The next day they sent the prescription that I never picked up and was never refunded as they confirmed.

I've used the service three times. I have insurance just work too much to have time so I pay the visit consult and cash for my prescriptions since the providers are not in network all three times I've gotten the wrong medication the first time they fixed the second two times they did not . I don't even receive a medication in the same family to treat my issue. I emailed And no response second time I then paid a third with yes I took ur amoxicillin n asked for this and it's no better please give me this and still got wrong one .. attached pictures,samples and the same photos for same infection that matched .. did not get antifungal for sinus received antibiotic this is becoming common with covid.. still paying for visits second time I took the antibiotic, got yeast infection treated that and still no better I knew what it was just wanted medication to treat it this time it makes zero sense to take a medication used for bv for fungal infection in the sinus.. this is not healthcare ridiculous

These people are complete scam artists. They said script was sent. It was never sent. They will not respond to my messages and there is no real way to call. The block you from messaging. DO NOT USE
