No one answered me and they never sent prescription. Scammers

They took my money charged me never saw doctor never talk to a doctor. They said they were gonna refill my medication for me. Never did do it. It’s only hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg which is not a controlled substance so you can’t get anybody on the phone. you have to text someone and it’s automated computer AI so you can’t talk to anybody so basically they just cheated me out of $40.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with an online prescription company. Absolutely nobody answers. Nobody answers your text. And when they do their call volume and their text volume is so high they don't know when they can get to you. You will not get a prescription in one to two hours. It will take you much much longer than that. Good luck. Good luck with that offshore support from another country!. SMH

Took my money gave me the run around for 48 hours never received a consult or prescription for pain medicine they stated I will receive a refund after calling them a scam and threatening to dispute any charges so let’s see if I even get a penny back

I found on Google this company, I thought was respected, but they are such liars scammers. After I paid, nobody to answer my call or even chat online. The number they give to text messages someone just answered saying that they would send my prescription ASAP, but this never happens. Scammers, be careful.

I paid $39.99 for a “consultation.” After completing the online questionnaire and providing my information, they claimed they would send an Rx to my pharmacy. I waited for hours and nothing was sent. I contacted them, and got a canned response that they’d be sending it “at any moment.” They never sent it. I finally cancelled, and they claimed that they would refund my money. Of course, they didn’t. I contacted them again and was told they’d “look into it.” I told them I’d be filing a dispute with my bank. Then they said they’d issue a refund in 4-9 days. Bottom line: this is a scam. Stay away.

Took hours to respond. Did not write a prescription, but say they did. My pharmacy never received one. They sent a generic email and said that was the prescription. My pharmacy will not honor it because it is not legitimate. They misdiagnosed me with pink eye. Never even uploaded a picture of my eye. It was allergies. They are refusing a refund. Scam.

Total scam. Never got the prescription, nobody answers the phone.
