Does not listen to needs, does not communicate at all. There is no consultation. Once they make their decision whether you agree or not doesn't matter because you can't talk to anyone about it. Their policy is once a prescription has been submitted then their obligation is done even though they never bothered to find out any other information or care enough to reply when you want to talk to someone! This service is a scam and joke.

I needed a script of antibiotics for my severe tooth pain... they said they sent it into my pharmacy BUT THEY LIED! I am trying so hard to stay clean, i am almost 21 months sober as of today, and i know antibiotics would help IMMENSELY with this tooth pain.... but instead they want to scam me out of $40 on Thanksgiving Eve?!? Really!?? I am so soooo upset right now.... literally crying. This is a SCAM! DON'T TRUST THEM!!

SCAM! Absolutely under no circumstance do not trust them Even though they advertise the option for a full refund on their website and in their agreement, they make it impossible to cancel once you schedule a consultation. I reached out shortly after scheduling a consultation and they ignored my message and went ahead with sending the prescription the next day. There is no way to cancel or get your money back once you book.

The reviews are FAKE!! Even the ones saying, “You guys scared me about the fake reviews”. The only reason they were accepted as “legit reviews” is because it’s most likely FAKE info with “purchases” that are going back into their pockets so it looks legit! DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM PLEASE!!!

I’d give this company zero stars if I could. I called twice as my pharmacy was closing. I was lied to twice and told my prescription would be sent within an hour and a half and then within an hour. Finally, I emailed to request a refund as I used another company and paid the same amount for impeccable service. They did not respond for almost 9 hours and then said they couldn’t offer a refund because they had already sent in the prescription. This company intentionally manipulates their customers. Do not waste your time or your money. They should be shut down!

Please please please do not go with this company. They did not even send me medication or even called me or even text me or even contact me. Do not go with this company. They will take your money. I got up in severe pain and I cannot go to the emergency room. I have two kids and no babysitter so I was not going to leave my babies so I went on Google I just clicked on it. It was eight in the morning. I was in pain. I wasn’t paying attention. I gave The $40 not a notification. Even the messenger was not messaging me. I have photos to prove it I want refund they will not give it to me. I did not receive any medication. The Walgreens did not receive any medication. I want my money back. I have the rights to get my money back. It’s $40, I need it. I thought that I was gonna get medication or even talk to a doctor I feel horrible. I got scammed. I’m in pain no doctor nothing this was a scam. Please watch out. Do not. Please do not go with this company.

What a terrible company to go through. I did my appointment at 10am and they still haven't put my scripts into the pharmacy yet. You try to call and says they are helping others and try to call later and everytime you call them it says that. I send them a message and once you are done with the message. It doesn't allow you to message them again.

does not even deserve one star. office manager should take some classes on how to communicate professionally. She is a screamer. Very rude and not at all helpful. She made it very clear that she will not provide my $150.00 refund for lack of service. they strangely required a consent after they got my cash. Isn't that sad and greedy.
