Scam same issues as others took my money and never sent the prescription I have strep too so that’s great

DO NOT USE!!! Currently 48 hours past the initial examination and still no filled prescription. Called Kroger every few hours and nothing. Tried to chat with The CareMD on their site and "John" is extremely unpleasant. Just keeps saying "we sent it, no refund".. refuses to check in on what is holding up the situation and sends me a screen shot over and over that just says the name of the pharmacy, like he's "proving" he sent it, but it's literally just a spreadsheet that only verifies that he does indeed know how to make a spreadsheet. Total scam. Licenses revoked by BBB, and The CareMD is using a fake bot reviewer site on their own website to pretend like they have valid credentials. I have to assume most the positive reviews on sites like trustpilot are also paid for. It's been the absolute worst so I've cut my losses and just used Amazon's service, which was filled within 2 hours.

These people are awful. Bad communication. They are quick to take your money, but slow, if at all, in processing your order. And the little response I did get through the chat box, the spelling and grammar was off, so they're probably an overseas business, if you can call it a business. And they ended the chat before I was ready or got my concern resolved! I never got my prescription after waiting for almost 24 hours. I was in pain and needed an antibiotic ASAP. I ended up using another service, "CallOnDoc", that got me my prescription in 2 hours. I'll never, ever use TheCareMD again. I threw away $39 for nothing. From now on, I'll go directly to CallOnDoc.com instead, which was recommended to me by a visiting nurse for my disabled son. If they fill the prescription now, it's too little too late.

I had ordered high blood pressure pills two subscriptions the only build one that was an error that I made and they billed me for both of them anyway so I got a hold of John I told him that I'm out of medication and this is high blood pressure pill my life does depend on when I spoke to him he says we'll get back to you I'll give you an email when it's done part of their service is 2 hours or even one day I waited 4 days and still never heard anything from them therefore I had to go to the hospital and I damaged my heart now they're liable use their services ever if you want to get hurt and it's on your head this is a warning bad service they take your money now I have to go Court and I never received one single phone call or email or a refund so I had to go to my bank and I'm stopping payment on it nobody needs this s***

Same experience as others - I completed the consultation form, they took my money and never completed the process. I don't have the prescription I need. Would have been faster going to a walk in clinic.

I sure wish I could leave ZERO stars for TheCareMD. All I needed to do was get a script for a simple ANTIBIOTIC (Refill, mind you) and here I sit 11.5 hours later with nothing. Hit my bank for the $39.99 within seconds....but here I sit 11.5 hours later with no script. Pharmacy just let me know at 8:44pm EST that my script can be picked up after 11am TOMORROW. I will NEVER use TheCareMD again.

Horrible they are not legit they are scammers don’t waste your time

I filled out the form, made my payment and they never did anything! My Dashboard shows a Consultation they have never responded to, they won’t reply to the chat box or to emails. Nothing but a rip off!!! Don’t use them or give them any personal info!
