I would just find another provider. This service does not return calls or emails to you or the Pharmacy. They send wrong doses and when the Pharmacy contacts. Well they don’t contact back. Skip this service there are better ones.

I paid for a consultation and they were supposed to send three prescription to my pharmacy. They only sent one and charged me the cost for sending three. I requested a refund of the difference, and they stop responding to my emails. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to refund my money. Don't trust them. They will take your money and not stay behind what they say they will do.

My son did tele visit in morning because of bad tooth infection. We tried to reach out by phone and kept getting the same message of you are out of the office or busy with another patient. We tried chat and responded what soon they will review the request with no RX STILL. Now my son is in the emergency room with possible spesis from tooth infection. The lack of communication and response is poor. If this was your family, would you want to be treated this way!!! Still no RX at the pharmacy!!!! ;(

This is an absolute scam...do not waste your money!!! They say they send a prescription to your pharmacy but it never comes and then they refuse to send a refund because they already sent it.

Don't believe the hype. I felt like as soon as my payment went thru they stopped caring. They're website & app they say to contact them with any issues. 1st of all it took almost 7hrs to get a script then when my pharmacy didn't have the form of the meds i tried multiple times & ways of contacting them to ask them to just change tablets to capsules. I was then brushed off for the next day+. So I finally was able to track down a pharmacy who did have the script they wrote me & was able to get it 31 hrs later. I still have not gotten a reply from them about it.. if I could do it again I would do a little more research. There is also no way to leave a review for this company thru their website or app which I then question where all these awesome 5 star reviews came from. Would NOT recommend!!

This was a nightmare. Last Saturday (Jan. 4, 2025) I was very sick, needed antibiotics, and had no way to get to an actual doctor. I also didn't have a cellphone handy, so filled out their form, since it was a simple fix. Or so I thought. I was very clear that I'm allergic to penicillin. Our pharmacy closes at 5 on Saturday and is not open Sunday. I'd put through my request sometime around noon, got an email that they were calling something in, and when it started inching toward 3, my husband came home, and I used his cell to text them about my concern as to the pharmacy hours. I received a bot email saying they're busy - sorry. At 4:30, I finally went to a walk-in clinic at Walgreen's - highly recommended - and figured I'd still keep the other prescription on hand when it came in. It finally came in today (Tuesday) and the pharmacist told me she did NOT recommend this medication as it was in the penicillin family. I question whether or not these people are real doctors, but thank God the pharmacist was a professional who showed some concern. I did not pick up the prescription and will not be using this service again. Once more, I recommend using a real doctor at a walk-in clinic if possible. It isn't much more expensive (if at all) and you will see a real professional. There is also no way to contact these amateurs by phone, only text. They have a chat feature which is also useless. I first used that to find out if I could just fill out a form without doing a face-to-face consultation. Someone named John asked if he could help. I explained that I didn't have access to a cell at the moment and asked if I could do the above. He didn't even ask me to hold on, he just disappeared for TEN MINUTES. I finally asked if he was still there, and he sent me a link going back to exactly where I was. Total waste of time. DO NOT use these people.

Stay away from this SCAM SITE that's all it is. The good reviews are fake just look at them. I never received my prescription and can't contact anyone for answers. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!

These people are a scam. Took my money for the consult, then never filled the prescription. Tried calling them only to find out their number just directs you to text them. The "number" they wanted me to text wasn't a real number. It was 8 digits, set up like this (xxxxx-xxx). I then tried their online chat, was connected with an agent, who then said nothing for 45 minutes. "John" chatted with broken English. I asked for a refund and he said okay. I'm now waiting to see if I'm actually refunded. I screenshotted everything for proof to show my bank if needed. Do not trust this company please. 24hrdoc is the same price, based on the US, and filled my prescription within an hour of the consult.
